Manager, IT Infrastructure & Support
Vacation: 4 weeks
Relocation Assistance: Available (up to one week onsite, one week offsite or relocate to Princeton working onsite)

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Support Manager to lead infrastructure operations and technical support across a complex operational environment. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, infrastructure strategy, cybersecurity, networking and business partnership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the IT Help Desk/infrastructure support team.
- Manage infrastructure across networks, servers, storage, virtualization, communications and endpoints.
- Develop infrastructure capacity and operational plans.
- Support Active Directory, Okta, MFA, Citrix, Netskope and Google Workspace.
- Support IT/OT infrastructure and secure network environments.
- Oversee remote connectivity and operational technologies, including Starlink and radio communications.
- Lead infrastructure projects, vendors, budgets and technology improvements.
- Partner with business and operational teams to identify and solve technology challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of IT infrastructure, systems administration or support experience.
- 2–3+ years leading technical/help desk teams.
- Strong networking, server, storage and virtualization experience.
- Strong knowledge of identity/access management and cybersecurity.
- Experience with IT/OT environments and the Purdue Model is an asset.
- Strong project, vendor, budget and stakeholder-management skills.
- Mining, energy, industrial or other complex operational environment experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- ITIL, PMP, Microsoft or networking certifications are assets.
