Position: Portfolio / Project Performance Analyst
Portfolio / Project Performance Analyst – 12-Month Contract
We’re looking for a Portfolio / Project Performance Analyst to support project and portfolio reporting, analytics, and business decision-making. This is a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of extension.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Extract, clean, transform, and analyze project performance data from SAP-BW and other systems.
- Create standardized monthly and quarterly performance reports, along with ad hoc analysis.
- Present analytical findings and insights clearly to project teams and senior leadership.
- Support portfolio activities including forecast reviews and project releases.
- Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Develop and automate repeatable reporting processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Document operational and analytical processes.
- Partner with Technology teams to support the systems used for Portfolio Management reporting.
- Independently investigate and resolve moderately complex reporting and data issues.
What We’re Looking For
Power BI experience is a must-have.
You should also have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline, along with strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
