Responsibilities
Lead direct reports in maintaining process compliance for quality, throughput, and safety. Develop process setup sheets, manage mold transfers and machine adjustments, support preventive maintenance, liaise with customers and suppliers, and report on production and shipping.
Requirements
Requires hands-on technical injection molding experience, at least two years in plastic injection molding, and at least five years of mechanical experience. Candidates must also have at least two years of leadership or coaching experience; a current Lead Hand ready to advance may be considered.
