Senior Project Manager – Digital Technology

Location: Vancouver, BC – Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week

Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Salary: $110,000–$128,000

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead technology and business change projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of Project Management experience, a strong private-sector background, and is looking for a long-term permanent opportunity where they can grow with the organization.

What You'll Do

• Manage technology projects from planning through implementation and close-out.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and overall delivery.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance documentation.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes.
• Work with business leaders, BAs, technical teams and vendors.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing, releases, cutovers, training and operational readiness.
• Use Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches depending on the project.
• Ensure successful handoff and support after implementation.

What We're Looking For

• 7–10 years of hands-on Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering technology and business change projects.
• Strong private-sector experience.
• Experience managing projects from intake through implementation and close-out.
• Strong experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Experience working within a PMO/governance environment.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow PPM or Azure DevOps.
• A stable employment background and interest in a long-term permanent position.

Important: Candidates must be based in the Vancouver/Lower Mainland area and comfortable working onsite 3 days per week.
