Senior QA Analyst – Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online
We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to support a large Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online migration program. This is a hybrid opportunity for candidates based in the Vancouver area, with onsite work required Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The successful candidate should be a strong self-starter who can quickly join an established QA team and take ownership of migration testing.
Key Requirements
- 6+ years of QA experience with enterprise applications.
- Recent hands-on experience testing Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online migrations.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint information architecture, including hub sites, libraries, content types, metadata and permissions.
- Experience validating migrated content, including file counts, folder structures, metadata, version history and links.
- Ability to create test plans, test cases, estimates and QA documentation.
- Experience planning and executing UAT, defect management, regression testing and migration sign-off.
- Experience with SharePoint migration tools such as ShareGate, SPMT or Migration Manager.
- Experience with PowerShell/PnP PowerShell for migration validation and reporting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST, Purview and Entra ID is highly desirable.
- Experience with JIRA, JAMA, Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Vancouver, BC; onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays
Initial Term: ASAP through March 31, 2027, with potential extension
