- Experience coordinating with facilities/construction teams and technology vendors

- Vendor, procurement and budget management experience
- Experience planning technology cutovers and operational readiness
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable being a hands-on Project Manager
- Able to work hybrid and regularly attend meetings/site activities in Metro Vancouver
Nice to Have
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Experience with newly constructed office buildings
- Large-scale corporate office relocation experience
- Healthcare, government or public-sector experience
- Experience with technology commissioning and acceptance testing
- IT service management / operational support transition experience
- Microsoft 365 workplace technologies
- Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
As an IT Infrastructure Project Manager have you personally managed an office move or new-office technology deployment?
Have you coordinated networking, telecom, AV/meeting rooms, workstation deployments, vendors and facilities teams, and taken responsibility for ensuring everything was ready for employees on move-in day?
Candidates whose backgrounds are mainly software development, ERP implementation or Agile application projects without substantial infrastructure and office-move experience will not be selected.
