We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a complex organizational separation, transitioning an existing business division into a fully independent organization.

Manage multiple workstreams across IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations.
Establish independent business processes, technology systems, infrastructure, and shared services.
Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, governance, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate operational readiness, business continuity, and post-transition stabilization.
Work closely with executives and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption.

Required Experience

Proven experience successfully managing a corporate carve-out, business separation, or spin-off.
Strong senior program management experience with complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
Knowledge of shared services separation, operational readiness, and transition planning.
Strong executive stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification.
Healthcare, public sector, or regulatory industry experience.
Experience with Transition Services Agreements (TSAs), IT separation, and change management.
