UNIT4 System Administrator & Support Specialist
Location: Burnaby, BC – Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite/week)
Type: 12-Month Contract
Start: January 2027
We are looking for an experienced UNIT4 System Administrator & Support Specialist to support and enhance a UNIT4 Business World / Agresso ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot UNIT4 Business World / Agresso ERP.
- Support UNIT4 ERP 7.10+ and ERPcr.
- Troubleshoot system, configuration, workflow, and performance issues.
- Support integrations using UNIT4 Extension Kit and Azure Logic Apps.
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for system support and integrations.
- Support web services, APIs, system integrations, and data migrations.
- Work with business, financial systems, database, and development teams.
- Provide user support and maintain technical documentation.
Must Have
- 3+ years of hands-on UNIT4 ERP / UNIT4 ERPcr experience.
- Strong UNIT4 Business World / Agresso administration and support experience.
- Hands-on UNIT4 Extension Kit experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Logic Apps integrations.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with web services/APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work hybrid in Burnaby at least 2 days/week.
Nice to Have
- Government/public-sector experience.
- UNIT4 upgrades or modernization experience.
- Azure integration experience.
- Experience supporting complex financial ERP environments.
