PeopleSoft Senior Systems Analyst
10 month contract- Onsite in Toronto
Must Have:
Peoplesoft HCM Exp.
Knowledge of the business systems technology with emphasis on PeopleSoft HCM , knowledge of the theory and principles of system design to lead the analysis and definition of clients` information technology requirements, experience of PUM upgrade, PS Tools upgrade and Fluid , Classic
Able to design, develop, test and implement business solutions and knowledge of new PeopleSoft development, analysis and design techniques used throughout the system development lifecycle especially on HR, Absence Management , Time Labour, Payroll, and Benefit Administration
Knowledge of project management methodologies and practices to lead change initiatives related to enterprise level HCM system changes and optimizations, knowledge of change management, including techniques, trends and resources management for an enterprise HCM system
Nice to have:
Previous OPS/Public Sector exp.

Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and definition of client information technology requirements, and design, develop, test, and implement business solutions for enterprise PeopleSoft HCM systems. Support system changes and optimizations across HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Payroll, and Benefits Administration, using project and change management practices.
Requirements
Must have PeopleSoft HCM experience and knowledge of system design, PUM and PeopleSoft Tools upgrades, and Fluid and Classic interfaces. Experience with PeopleSoft development and the system development lifecycle, particularly across HR and related HCM modules, is required; public-sector experience is an asset.
