Requirements
Requires 8–15+ years of overall experience in Customer Communications Management and at least 5 years of hands-on OpenText Exstream experience, with version 16 or higher preferred. Candidates should have expertise across Exstream tools and capabilities, as well as experience with upgrades, migrations, modernization, AMS support models, incident management, and production support.
