JD:
- QA/Testers with experience more than10-12 years.
- Preferred Domain skill: Experience in Financial Service industry background working on Trading platforms (Pre & Post Trade Systems).
- Preference here is experience in Treasury Front office.
Should understand full front to back workflow for asset classes (MM and FX ) viz deal capture deal execution risk management confirmations accounting settlements etc. ..
-Knowledge of FX ,Bonds , Rates is a plus.

- Strong SQL skills for data querying and validation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to understand requirements and develop testing plan, strategy and test scenarios .
- Adaptability, able to work with ambiguity and change to prioritize conflicting tasks identifying what is essential and focusing.
- Ability to explain /articulate the issues found to BA leads and Dev team and raise Jira clearly explaining the testcase and result /issue found and expected result.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in the developing Test Strategy, Test Plan and performing Functional and Non-Functional Testing
- Documents all details and findings and performs preliminary root causes analyses to provide recommended improvements for issues/bugs identified.
- Ensures all corrective actions are assigned, documented, and completed.
- Ensures project standards and procedures exist, are fully clearly documented, and followed throughout the software development life cycle; makes recommendations for enhanced documentation.
- Gathers, maintains, and creates reports on quality metrics.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and scenarios for trading and financial services systems, including functional and non-functional testing. Document findings, report defects clearly, analyze root causes, track corrective actions, maintain quality standards, and report quality metrics.
Requirements
Requires more than 10–12 years of QA/testing experience, strong SQL skills, and financial services experience with trading platforms; Treasury front-office experience and understanding of end-to-end workflows for money markets and foreign exchange are preferred. Candidates should communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, create testing documentation, and be proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of foreign exchange, bonds, and rates is a plus.
