Salesforce QA Engineer

Toronto, ON

Hybrid

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce testing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, page layouts, record types, and automation tools.
  • Experience testing Salesforce Flows, Lightning components, and Apex triggers.
  • Solid experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, qTest, etc.).
  • Ability to write SOQL queries for data validation.
  • Hands-on experience executing end-to-end test scenarios in Salesforce cloud environments (Sales/Service Cloud).
  • Experience with nCino is a strong nice to have.

Requirements

Candidates should understand Salesforce data and security models and have experience with Salesforce automation, test management tools, SOQL, and Sales or Service Cloud; nCino experience is a strong plus.
