Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services, ensuring secure and efficient communication between distributed systems.
Work closely with frontend teams, product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making for large-scale enterprise applications.
Implement performance optimization, caching strategies, and concurrency handling to ensure system reliability and scalability.
Develop secure APIs using OAuth/OIDC authentication mechanisms, ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards.
Integrate with external platforms and services using REST/SOAP APIs, messaging systems (Kafka), and event-driven architectures.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best engineering practices.
Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments in containerized environments.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers while contributing hands-on to complex development tasks.
