Job Introduction:

Lead the strategy, development, and execution of key product initiatives that drive customer value and support business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful product solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the product domain expert for dealership retail workflows, including vehicle sales, desking, F&I (Finance & Insurance), credit application and approval processes, lender integrations, compliance requirements, and deal funding lifecycle.
Experience working in the automotive industry and dealership management systems, with strong subject matter expertise in dealership retail operations, including desking, F&I products, finance workflows, credit bureau integrations, lender submission processes, regulatory compliance, and vehicle sales transactions.
Experience building scalable, user-facing, B2B products supporting dealership retail, vehicle sales, F&I, finance, and credit workflows for Canadian automotive dealerships.

Basic Qualifications:

6–8 years of experience in product management, including ownership of major product lines or features
Strong background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology products
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven success in developing and scaling products in cross-functional environments
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decision-making
Bilingual French and English required because the role involves regular communication with English-speaking colleagues, stakeholders and cross-functional teams located outside Quebec.

Posséder une experience dans l’industrie automobile et les systems de gestion de
