Job Introduction:

Lead the strategy, development, and execution of key product initiatives that drive customer value and support business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful product solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the product domain expert for dealership Fixed Operations workflows, including service lane operations, repair order management, technician productivity, parts inventory, parts sales, warranty administration, customer pay service, and dealership service performance optimization.
Deep understanding of dealership Parts and Service workflows, including appointment scheduling, repair order lifecycle management, parts procurement and inventory management, technician workflows, warranty administration, and customer service delivery.
Experience working in the automotive industry and dealership management systems, with strong subject matter expertise in dealership Fixed Operations, including parts management, service department workflows, repair orders, technician dispatching, warranty processes, inventory control, and customer service operations.
Experience building scalable, user-facing, B2B products supporting dealership Parts, Service, and Fixed Operations workflows for Canadian automotive dealerships.

Basic Qualifications:

6–8 years of experience in product management, including ownership of major product lines or features
Strong background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology products
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven success in developing and scaling products in cross-functional environments
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decision-making
Bilingual French and English required because the role involves regular communication with English-speaking colleagues, stakeholders and cross-functional teams located outside Quebec.

Operations) des concessionnaires, notamment les opérations de l'aire de service, la gestion des bons de réparation, la productivité des techniciens, l'inventaire des pièces, les ventes de pièces, l'administration des garanties, le service payé par le client et l'optimisation de la performance du service chez le concessionnaire.
Posséder une connnaissance approfondie des processus des départements des Pièces et Service, notamment la prise des rendez-vous, la gestion du cycle de vie des bons de
reparation, l'approvisionnement et la gestion des inventaires de pièces, les processus de
travail des techniciens, l'administration des garanties et la prestation du service à la
clientèle.
Détenir de l'expérience dans l'industrie automobile et avec les systèmes de gestion des
concessionnaires, ainsi qu’une expertise approfondie des Opérations Fixes, notamment la gestion des pièces, les processus du département de service, les bons de réparation, la répartition des techniciens, les processus de garantie, le contrôle des inventaires et les opérations liées au service à la clientèle.

Qualifications de base:
