Position Summary

The Benefits Lead will design and implement the benefits enrollment process in SAP payroll systems for SAP payroll solutions, establishing streamlined enrollment workflows, benefit plan management, and seamless integration with payroll processing. This role ensures accurate benefits administration and employee self-service capabilities that integrate with payroll operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Benefits Process Design & Configuration for Payroll

Design and configure benefits enrollment processes in SAP for payroll integration.

Map legacy benefits administration to SAP payroll benefits functionality.

Design benefit plan structures, options, and rules for payroll.

Configure benefit eligibility rules and validation logic.

Establish benefits enrollment workflows integrated with payroll.

Design open enrollment and special events processes.

Integrate benefits with payroll deductions and finance postings.

Benefit Plan Setup & Master Data

Configure all benefit plans, including health, dental, vision, and wellness, for payroll.

Set up benefit plan options, coverage levels, and rates.

Establish employer and employee contribution rules for payroll.

Configure benefits eligibility rules for payroll by employee class.

Set up benefit plan effective dates and change management.

Manage benefit plan rates and annual updates for payroll.

Benefits Enrollment Workflows & Integration with Payroll

Design employee benefits enrollment experience linked to payroll.

Create benefits enrollment Fiori applications or web portals.

Configure enrollment navigation and decision trees.

Design enrollment confirmation and employee communications.

Create manager-level enrollment oversight workflows.

Establish benefits change tracking integrated with payroll.

Ensure benefits data integration with payroll processing and reconciliation."
