TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Senior AI Engineer
Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for a 6-month contract.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop LLM-powered applications using Python.
- Build AI agents and workflows using LangGraph.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings and vector search.
- Build and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
- Implement LLM monitoring, tracing, and evaluation using Langfuse.
- Develop and deploy AI services on Google Cloud, including Vertex AI and BigQuery.
- Build REST APIs, automated tests, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable AI applications.
🔹 Required Skills:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/LLM-powered applications.
- Strong Python, LangGraph/LangChain, RAG, and prompt engineering skills.
- Experience with Langfuse or similar LLM observability tools.
- Understanding of MCP, REST APIs, vector databases, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and responsible AI practices.
