TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for " Business analyst ”
Must have :
•Advanced knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project life cycle
•Proven track record working in project delivery, with experience in various project disciplines (PDLC, Iterative, Agile),
•Proven experience in successful requirements delivery for large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs/projects
•Strong leadership with a demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with all levels
•Strong verbal/written communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, adapting style and technique to a diverse audience
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis (BA accreditation is an asset)
•Prior experience in a financial institution (payments-focused role is an asset)
SOFT Skills :

Responsibilities
Deliver business analysis and requirements for large, complex projects and multi-stakeholder programs. Collaborate with stakeholders across levels and support project delivery throughout the project life cycle.
Requirements
Requires at least eight years of business analysis experience, advanced knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices, and experience with project delivery disciplines such as iterative and Agile. Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills are required; financial institution experience is preferred, while business analysis accreditation is an asset.
