Job Description

Role Mandate:

Support the delivery of enterprise AI solutions for Commercial and Corporate Banking. Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, assess impacts, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. Act as a liaison between business teams and project delivery partners while supporting the design, implementation, and adoption of compliant, scalable, and responsible AI-enabled solutions within a highly regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery sessions to document current-state processes, workflows, pain points, and user journeys.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

• Understand and document the target-state vision, then translate it into a sequenced roadmap of incremental features and capabilities.

• Clearly articulate and substantiate the rationale for requirements and proposed solutions, including alignment to business objectives, user needs, constraints, risks, and expected value.

• Create and maintain business requirements documentation, process maps, user stories, and other project artifacts.

• Support backlog management and prioritization activities in partnership with project managers, product owners, and delivery teams.

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and project teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and priorities.

• Assist in change impact assessments and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Support development of testing scenarios and business-focused test cases to validate requirements.

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking, stakeholder communication, and sign-off activities.

• Ensure required governance, risk, compliance, and documentation standards are met.

• Support release readiness activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption efforts.

• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Embedded within a cross-functional AI delivery team supporting a range of AI capabilities, including GenAI

• Supports initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, from intake through implementation

• Participates in Agile ceremonies and project delivery meetings

• Collaborates closely with business stakeholders, project teams, risk, compliance, and governance partners

Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis in a complex enterprise environment.

• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to define and document a target-state vision and decompose it into incremental, prioritized features and capabilities.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly justify requirements and solution recommendations using evidence-based reasoning.

• Experience creating process maps, workflows, user stories, and functional documentation.

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

• Experience supporting testing and business validation activities.

• Experience working in regulated environments with risk, compliance, and governance requirements.

• Understanding of enterprise AI capabilities and use cases - including machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, decision-support tools, and GenAI - as well as associated business, data, risk, and governance considerations.

• Demonstrated passion for and active engagement in AI, with a commitment to staying current on the evolving AI landscape, emerging capabilities, industry trends, limitations, and potential applications within banking.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in financial services or banking.

• Exposure to AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, GenAI, or broader digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

• Experience supporting change management, communications, or training activities.

• Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and operational governance processes.

Interviews:

1-2 rounds with HM and colleague, 45 min-1 hr over teams
