TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Business Application Analyst
Job Description
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 2+ years as a Business Application Analyst in a financial industry or large enterprise setting
2.) 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday configurations (no coding required)
3.) 1+ year of experience specifically with Workday Recruiting
4.) 2+ years working in Agile environments using Jira for tracking work
5.) Familiarity with Workday Acquire/Talent and its associated AI models
6.) Comfortable demoing and speaking to Workday product capabilities and business process flows
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Workday Pro Certification
2.) Experience supporting documentation cadence and requirement refinement with BSA
3.) Paradox knowledge or experience
4.) HiredScore knowledge or experience
5.) Workday HCM knowledge or experience (even if minimal) is a plus
6.) Workday Security knowledge or experience (even if minimal) is a plus

Responsibilities
Support and configure Workday applications, with a focus on Workday Recruiting and related Acquire/Talent capabilities. Demonstrate Workday product features and business process flows, and support documentation and requirements refinement in an Agile environment.
Requirements
Requires at least two years of business application analyst experience in financial services or a large enterprise, two years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, and at least one year with Workday Recruiting. Candidates should have two years of Agile experience using Jira and familiarity with Workday Acquire/Talent and its AI models; Workday Pro certification and experience with BSA documentation, Paradox, HiredScore, HCM, or Security are preferred.
