Job Description
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities – see below
- How much time is being spent in meetings – 2-3 hours per day on average
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) – internal and external
- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? – No
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
2.) 3+ years of web application experience as a Business Systems Analyst
3.) Experience using Jira and Confluence
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Banking or financial institution experience
2.) Prior client experience
3.) Safe Agile experience
4.) CoPilot experience
5.) Agile certifications
6.) SQL for querying

Responsibilities
