TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for " Business analyst -IAM ”
This is a 12 months contract located in Toronto, Ont /Hybrid 2 days on site, 3 days work from home – potential for 4 days onsite in the future.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: see below - waiting on the manager to share more details.
- How much time is being spent in meetings – 4 hours per day on average
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) – mostly internal, minimal external
- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? No
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 10+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
2.) Very in-depth knowledge of Identity Access Management
3.) Enterprise level environments – banking or Financial institution experience is preferred
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
2.) Strong prioritization and time management skills
3.) Detail oriented
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Agile or PM certifications (PM is preferred)
2.) Strong Agile experience
