TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a CMS Content Designer

Job Description

Qualifications

  • Post‑secondary education in Communications, Journalism, UX Design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-7 years of professional experience as a Content Designer or in a UX-adjacent field.
  • Content management systems proficiency – experience with Contentful preferred but not required.
  • Technical web literacy preferred – comfortable reading and interpreting HTML to diagnose and resolve basic content and formatting issues on web pages, in partnership with technical teams.
  • Familiarity with accessibility requirements and related content best practices.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to distill technical information for a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail – able to catch inconsistencies with page implementation.
  • Experience with cross functional workshop planning and participation.
