Duration : This is a 4 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid
Job Description
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 2-4 (max) years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data modelling.
- Proven track record of working with SMEs to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Experience with Python, R, or similar for data analysis and visualization, such as BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and dashboard creation.
•Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Spanish-speaking candidates mandatory
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, pipelines and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques or machine learning fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Soft Skills Required:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with non-technical SMEs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
•A Master’s degree is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
Analyze, map, and model data to deliver data-driven solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts. Query and manipulate large datasets, and use analytical and business intelligence tools to create visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
Requirements
Candidates must have 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, mapping, and modeling; strong SQL skills; experience with Python, R, or similar tools and cloud data platforms; and Spanish-language ability. A bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics, computer science, or a related field is specified, while a master's degree is an asset.
