Job Description
SUMMARY OF DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 10+ years of regulatory exams and findings, internal audits, technology issues management, or tech GRC experience
2.) Microsoft Suite – PP, Word, Excel, Visio
3.) Previous control testing and audit experience
4.) Ability to write reporting intended for executive level
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills – verbal and written
2.) Strong critical thinking skills
3.) strong attention to detail, proactive, organized
4.) Ability to work independently
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Governance, Risk and Controls experience
2.) big 4 consulting firm experience
3.) Alteryx, Power Bi, Tableau or any other automation tools for reporting
4.) CISA and CRISC certifications or equivalent (strongly preferred for the issues management project)

Conduct or support regulatory exams, internal audits, control testing, and technology issues management. Prepare clear reports for executive audiences and contribute to governance, risk, and controls activities.
Requirements
Requires 10 or more years of experience in regulatory exams and findings, internal audits, technology issues management, or technology GRC, along with Microsoft Office skills and prior control testing or audit experience. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently; CISA or CRISC certification is strongly preferred for the issues management project.
