TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a IT Bus Systems Analyst IV
Job Description
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles in a corporate environment
2.) Strong knowledge and experiences in SAFe Agile methodology along with policies, procedures and practices, competitors, and market trends
3.) Proficiency in using analytical software tools, MS Office, process modeling, data analysis methods and reporting techniques, and Atlassian (Confluence and Jira)
4.) Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), business systems integration, process automation tools (UiPath), and API
5.) Banking or financial institution experience
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
2.) Attention to detail, highly organized
3.) Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis abilities
4.) Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities
5.) Flexibility to adjust to changing business priorities and emerging technologies
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Experience with SQL, data analytics, and business intelligence platforms is a strong asset
2.) CBAP, PMP, Six Sigma certification
3.) Github and Copilot experience

Requirements
Requires at least eight years of business or systems analysis experience, strong knowledge of SAFe Agile, and proficiency with analytical tools, Microsoft Office, Confluence, and Jira. Candidates must understand SDLC, systems integration, UiPath, and APIs, and have banking or financial-institution experience; SQL, analytics platforms, certifications, and GitHub or Copilot experience are assets.
