SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Managing daily volumes and meeting service timelines
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Sound judgment and appropriate escalation of issues
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and risk controls
- Clear communication with several partners and team members.
- Attendance and reliability
- How much time is being spent in meetings 15-30 minutes average.
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) - Yes, with internal partners and external solicitors
- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? YES!!!
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) Data entry experience,
