TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for Payroll Specialist ( SAP)
This is a 6 month contract located in ON - Scarborough/ Hybrid (3 days/week (Monday, Wednesday as anchor days and subject to change
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Payroll Manager, Payroll Lead, or equivalent payroll-focused position
- Hands-on experience processing payroll and managing year-end payroll activities within SAP/ECP Payroll
- Advanced Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data analysis and reconciliation, Reporting, Macros
- Experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- SAP/HCM Payroll Certification (required)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- PLP/PCP certification
- Audit experience
- Technical and process documentation writing experience
- Bilingualism in French

Responsibilities
Process payroll and manage year-end payroll activities using SAP/ECP Payroll. Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing activities and support payroll-related analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
Requirements
Requires at least three years of experience in a payroll-focused role, hands-on SAP/ECP Payroll experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience planning and executing UAT. SAP/HCM Payroll Certification is required; PLP/PCP certification, audit experience, documentation writing, and French bilingualism are nice to have.
