TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Product Manager - Digital

Duration : This is a 4 month contract located in Toronto, ONT Hybrid

Your Skills & Experience:

Deeply rooted in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles that maximize flow of value with a passion to extend this understanding throughout the organization
Demonstrated success creating digital products vision, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions and services - from ideation to launch, including engineering and operational quality
Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer-focused products and services
Proven ability in collaborating and leading Program Increment (PI) cycles
Significant industry knowledge and expertise within industry
Proven ability to prioritize multiple demands and obtain buy-in from stakeholders
Practice in workshop facilitation to cultivate the ideation
Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, with success leveraging data to make decisions about product feature increments
Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholder and diverse teams as a servant leader and steward of economic and customer value
Mastery in leading change and inspire others to change behaviors
Influencer in continuous learning and innovation

Responsibilities

Develop digital product vision, strategy, and customer experiences, guiding products and enterprise solutions from ideation through launch while ensuring engineering and operational quality. Lead and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and Program Increment cycles, prioritize product increments using data and financial measures, and foster stakeholder alignment, continuous learning, and organizational change.

Requirements

The role requires substantial experience with Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery, as well as a track record of developing customer-focused digital products and working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders. Candidates should be able to facilitate ideation workshops, lead Program Increment cycles, prioritize competing demands, define financial measures and forecasts, use data to guide decisions, and inspire change; SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or Agile Product Manager certification is an advantage.
