TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for " Project Manager-Payments”

Job Description

This is an approximate 12 month contract located in Toronto, ON 2-3 days onsite .

Tech PM to manage a Payments Technology project.

Qualifications:

· Has bank industry project management experience, Preferably client PM experience

· Experience working with business on software development and AWS Cloud and API

· Typically 10+ years of hands-on PM experience in financial/banking industry

· Judgement skills – In-depth.

· Learning agility – In-depth.

· Stakeholder management – Expert.

· Able to navigates challenging situations effectively.

· Able to apply project management methodologies or approaches.

· Able to manage project and business risks, including project interdependencies.

· Able to resolve project issues effectively.

· Able to work under pressure

· Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth / Expert.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth / Expert.

· Influence skills - In-depth / Expert.

· Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - In-depth / Expert.

· Able to manage ambiguity.

· Previous experience in delivering Payments initiatives will be considered an asset.

Interview process: 2 rounds

1 Teams and 1 in person as soon as candidates have been indentified.
