TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Salesforce Business system analyst

This is a 10 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (2-3 days in-office (Monday, Wednesday)

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

Must have considerable experience working within big 5 banks or equivalent

Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise: Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, with hands-on experience in configuration and user management.

10+ years of requirements Gathering & Integration Experience: Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce features and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system capabilities.

Platform Configuration Skills: Experience in building and configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality, leveraging the platform’s full capabilities to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Hands-On Experience with Financial Services Cloud: Practical experience in configuring user profiles, page layouts, and other components within Financial Services Cloud to support business processes and user needs.

Business Analysis & Planning: Active participation in the planning and analysis of system changes and enhancements, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications and user stories.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Salesforce Admin Certification or Similar Salesforce Certification is highly preferred.
