Summary
• Responsible for support the design, development, execution, and optimization of customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SQL, SAS, Python, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Unica Campaign/Interact, with proven experience translating business requirements into scalable campaign solutions, leveraging data-driven insights, and driving campaign performance through continuous testing and optimization.
Skills
- Develop complex SQL queries and SAS programs to support campaign audience generation, campaign execution, and operational processes.
- Utilize Python to automate manual processes, perform data analysis, create validation utilities, and improve operational efficiency.
- Design scalable, reusable, and sustainable campaign solutions that minimize manual intervention and operational risk.
- Analyze customer, product, and campaign data to ensure data quality, integrity, and accurate campaign execution.
- Build reusable campaign frameworks and promote coding best practices and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to support data integration, automation, and platform enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve campaign production issues across SQL, SAS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Unica platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Execute campaign quality assurance, audience validation, negative testing, and production readiness reviews.
- Analyze campaign results and proactively identify issues before deployment.
- Partner with Technology and Data teams to resolve data, platform, and integration issues.
