Job Description
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Control Officer, PMO/Portfolio Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience supporting complex portfolios, programs, or enterprise initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Experience producing executive reporting, portfolio dashboards, and leadership presentations.
- Experience supporting governance, financial management, risk management, and project controls.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-PMOCP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent certification is considered an asset.

Responsibilities
Support complex portfolios, programs, or enterprise initiatives across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments. Produce executive reporting, portfolio dashboards, and leadership presentations while supporting governance, financial management, risk management, and project controls.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of experience in project controls, PMO or portfolio analysis, project coordination, or a similar role, including experience supporting complex initiatives. Post-secondary education in a related discipline is required; relevant project management or Agile certifications are considered an asset.
