TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Trade Settlements Analyst

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

  • Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities : One consultant will be in more of a processing role, receiving requests and ensuring it matches bookkeeping. They will also input data into book of records.
  • The other consultant will be working in a processing role but more focus on trade settlements/ Share Movements/ Creating reports

MUST HAVE:

1.Relevant administrative experience

  1. Strong written & verbal communication skills
  1. Intermediate Excel Skills (vlookups)
  1. Speed & accuracy of deliverables

NICE TO HAVE:

  1. Banking experience – 1 year
  1. Prior experience using depositaries – CDS/DTC
  1. Previous experience in the trade lifecycle (2-5 years)- strong nice to have
  • Trade Settlements

  • Responding to correspondence from traders

Responsibilities

Process settlement requests, verify them against bookkeeping records, and enter data into the books of record. Handle trade settlements and share movements, create reports, communicate with brokers, and respond to trader correspondence.

Requirements

Requires relevant administrative experience, strong written and verbal communication, intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP, and speed and accuracy. Banking experience, familiarity with CDS or DTC depositaries, and two to five years of trade lifecycle experience are preferred.
