Description
A Tier 1 bank needs a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a significant increase in project work, including enhancements to existing products and the development of a net new platform for processing funds and settlements.
Specifically, This Person Will Be Responsible For
Bridging the Gap Between Business and Technology: They need to understand both business requirements and technical systems, including swagger, API details, and data mapping.
Driving Projects and Stakeholder Engagement: The role requires a "go-getter" who can lead, take ownership, and effectively interact with business stakeholders to gather information and drive solutions.
Technical and Domain Expertise: Essential skills include experience in payments, credit cards, various payment rails, and a deep understanding of reconciliation and settlement processes.
Managing Pressure and Timelines: The individual must be able to handle tight deadlines and high expectations from the business.
Role Breakdown
30-40% Business as Usual (BAU): This includes minor enhancements, file releases, and client onboarding.
60-70% New Project Work: This will involve building a net-new platform, including both UI and backend development, and requires significant analysis and stakeholder management
