Notre client est à la recherche d'un Analyste Infrastructure TI pour soutenir les opérations technologiques d'un site éloigné dans le nord du Canada. Cette personne agira comme ressource de niveau 3 sur le terrain et jouera un rôle essentiel dans le maintien des infrastructures réseau, serveurs et télécommunications critiques à l'opération. il faut etre en mesure de se déplacer 50% du temps pour ce poste.
Le titulaire sera responsable du soutien quotidien des infrastructures TI, de la résolution d'incidents complexes et du maintien des services technologiques essentiels aux opérations. Il collaborera avec les équipes locales et les spécialistes techniques afin d'assurer la stabilité, la performance et la sécurité des environnements informatiques.
Responsabilités principales
Assurer le support de niveau 3 des infrastructures TI du site.
Administrer et maintenir les réseaux, commutateurs, routeurs et équipements de télécommunications.
Effectuer la configuration, la maintenance et le dépannage des serveurs Windows.
Participer à la gestion des pare-feu, des sauvegardes et des solutions de stockage.
Assurer la disponibilité des services critiques sur site.
Intervenir lors d'incidents et effectuer les analyses de causes racines.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes télécom, opérations et infrastructure.
Participer à différents projets technologiques liés aux réseaux, aux télécommunications et à la modernisation de l'environnement TI.
Documenter les interventions et maintenir les standards opérationnels.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Exigences
5+ années d'expérience en infrastructure TI.
Expérience significative en réseautique et administration de serveurs.
Expérience dans des environnements Microsoft Windows.
Connaissance des sauvegardes, du stockage et des infrastructures sur site.
Anglais fonctionnel ou avancé requis pour communiquer avec les équipes et utilisateurs.
Atouts
Expérience avec Aruba.
Expérience avec Cisco Wireless.
Connaissance des pare-feu Palo Alto.
Connaissance de Linux.
Connaissance des environnements miniers, industriels ou éloignés.
Expérience avec les technologies satellite, Starlink ou télécommunications.
