Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Junior Project Manager: Business Transformation & Delivery to support strategic business initiatives within Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS). This role will partner closely with senior Business Leads to deliver medium-complexity transformation, operational improvement, and change initiatives that improve onboarding, servicing, and operational effectiveness across the business.

This position is ideal for an emerging transformation professional with project delivery, business operations, or change management experience who excels at stakeholder coordination, initiative management, and driving execution.

The successful candidate will act as the day-to-day lead on assigned initiatives, ensuring projects remain organized, stakeholders stay aligned, risks are identified early, and deliverables are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Initiative Delivery & Coordination

Lead medium and low-complexity transformation initiatives from planning through execution
Coordinate project activities, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder commitments
Facilitate working sessions, project meetings, and status updates
Monitor progress and escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks as required
Drive accountability across project participants

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with business stakeholders across Treasury & Payment Solutions
Collaborate effectively with Business Leads, Operations teams, Business Analysts, Process Specialists, and Enablement resources
Align stakeholders around project objectives, priorities, and timelines
Resolve competing priorities through collaboration and influence

Business Transformation Support

Support onboarding, servicing, operational improvement, and change initiatives
Assist in defining future-state processes and business outcomes
Coordinate change readiness activities and communications
Support implementation activities and transition planning

Executive Reporting & Communications

Develop concise executive-ready summaries and presentations
Translate detailed project information into clear business recommendations
Communicate objectives, benefits, timelines, dependencies, and risks effectively
Provide project reporting and status updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, Program Coordination, or Business Operations
Experience coordinating business initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and drive outcomes independently
Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Experience creating executive presentations and status reporting materials

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within Banking, Financial Services, Commercial Banking, Treasury Services, or Payments
Experience supporting transformation or process improvement initiatives
