We are seeking an experienced Associate, Capital Markets KYC Quality Assurance & Data Integrity to support the day-to-day operations and oversight of the Capital Markets AML/KYC Quality Assurance function. Reporting to the Vice President, CM KYC Quality Assurance & Data Integrity, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality KYC reviews, driving process improvements, providing quality oversight, and supporting an outsourced KYC delivery model.
This is an exciting opportunity for a KYC professional who combines strong AML/KYC expertise with a passion for quality, continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
Must Have
- 3-5 years of direct AML/KYC experience within Capital Markets, including hands-on completion and review of KYC files.
- Strong understanding of global Capital Markets KYC requirements and regulatory expectations.
- Previous Quality Control (QC) and/or Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
- Experience working within or supporting outsourced/vendor delivery models.
- Experience with Canadian, UK, and European KYC standards and requirements.
- Experience creating, updating, and maintaining procedures, job aids, or process documentation.
- Experience supporting process improvements and change management initiatives.
Duties
- Support the day-to-day execution and oversight of the Capital Markets KYC Quality Assurance program.
- Coordinate quality review sampling and file assignments across KYC workstreams.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of KYC files and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Produce recurring reporting, dashboards, metrics, and trend analysis for leadership.
- Analyze quality findings and identify root causes to support ongoing enhancements.
- Review, update, and maintain job aids, procedures, and training documentation.
- Act as a Quality Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Support change management initiatives, including process updates, stakeholder communications, and adoption activities.
- Recommend and implement improvements to procedures, controls, and operating effectiveness.
- Drive opportunities to streamline manual processes through data normalization and automation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to improve quality, consistency, and client experience.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
