Segment Marketing Manager

Mid-Market & Enterprise | Canada

We're seeking a Segment Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and go-to-market initiatives for Mid-Market and Enterprise customers across Canada. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced B2B marketer who can blend strategy, creativity, and execution to drive customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and market expansion.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that engage decision-makers, accelerate sales opportunities, and strengthen brand presence within Mid-Market and Enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute segment-specific marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, demand generation, and revenue growth.
Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from planning and launch through optimization and performance analysis.
Create and deliver integrated marketing programs across digital, content, email, webinar, social, and event channels.
Partner closely with Sales leadership to build programs that support new business acquisition and pipeline acceleration.
Develop compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to multiple buyer personas and complex buying groups.
Leverage market insights, customer research, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategy.
Lead thought leadership initiatives including webinars, case studies, customer stories, and industry-focused content.
Track campaign effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and reporting while continuously optimizing performance.
Represent the marketing function with stakeholders and communicate business impact, results, and strategic recommendations.
Support industry events, conferences, and partner initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified opportunities.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, fintech, HR technology, or other complex solution-selling environments.
Proven success developing and executing demand generation programs that drive pipeline and customer acquisition.
Experience owning marketing campaigns from awareness through conversion.
Strong understanding of buyer journeys, lead nurture strategies, and conversion optimization.
Experience supporting Mid-Market, Enterprise, or National Account audiences.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with leaders.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
