We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level, data-intensive projects, ideally within the retail sector. This role will oversee two Agile squads (Web & Mobile App) and requires a strong blend of Agile delivery leadership and traditional project management discipline.

The successful candidate will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while driving project schedules, dependency mapping, capacity planning, scope management, risk mitigation, and executive communications. The role requires strong e-commerce experience, including website and mobile application projects, integrations, enhancements, and digital commerce initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Managing integrated project schedules and milestone planning.

Performing critical path analysis and cross-project dependency mapping.

Conducting resource and capacity planning across multiple workstreams.

Facilitating stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and steering committees.

Developing executive-level presentations and status reporting for C-suite leadership.

Maintaining risk registers, mitigation plans, and governance processes.

Monitoring project budgets and tracking project financials.

Partnering with Product Owners to maintain healthy and prioritized backlogs.

Reporting on project health, delivery status, budget, risks, and team velocity.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $73.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Nous recherchons un(e) Scrum Master / Gestionnaire de projet expérimenté(e) ayant fait ses preuves dans la livraison de projets d’envergure en entreprise, fortement axés sur les données, idéalement dans le secteur du commerce de détail. Ce rôle consiste à superviser deux escouades Agile (Web et Application mobile) et requiert une solide combinaison de leadership en livraison Agile et de rigueur en gestion de projet traditionnelle.

La personne retenue gérera plusieurs initiatives simultanément tout en assurant la gestion des échéanciers, la cartographie des dépendances, la planification de la capacité, la gestion de la portée, l’atténuation des risques et les communications avec les dirigeants. Le poste exige également une forte expérience en commerce électronique, notamment sur des projets de sites Web et d’applications mobiles, ainsi que sur des initiatives d’intégration, d’amélioration et de commerce numérique.

Principales responsabilités :

Animer les cérémonies Agile, notamment les mêlées quotidiennes (Daily Scrum), les planifications de sprint, les revues de sprint et les rétrospectives.
Gérer les calendriers de projet intégrés et la planification des jalons.
Réaliser des analyses du chemin critique et cartographier les dépendances entre les projets.
Effectuer la planification des ressources et de la capacité à travers plusieurs volets de travail.
Faciliter les ateliers avec les parties prenantes, les séances de découverte et les comités de pilotage.
Préparer des présentations de niveau exécutif et des rapports d’avancement destinés à la haute direction.
Maintenir les registres de risques, les plans d’atténuation et les processus de gouvernance.
Assurer le suivi des budgets de projet et des aspects financiers.
Collaborer avec les Product Owners afin de maintenir un carnet de produit (backlog) sain et priorisé.
Effectuer le suivi et la communication de l’état des projets, de l’avancement des livraisons, des budgets, des risques et de la vélocité des équipes.
