Telecon is looking for an energetic and career oriented individual to join our growing team as a D365 Business Systems Analyst.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement, offering health insurance benefits and a company-matched RRSP from day one of employment!
The expected annual salary for this position is in the range of $90,000 - $105,000 based on the richness and diversity of the candidate's experience, training, skills, and internal equity. The final annual salary may vary depending on the successful candidate's profile.
This role is ideal for someone who combines business acumen, systems thinking, and ERP experience. You will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring business challenges are translated into scalable solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and user experience.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state solutions that improve efficiency, control, user experience, and business performance.
- Lead process mapping, workflow analysis, gap assessments, and business process re-engineering activities.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
- Elicit, document, validate, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations supported by cost, benefit, risk, and implementation considerations.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- Support and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple business domains.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Configure and maintain business application functionality where appropriate.
- Partner with developers and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Evaluate standard system capabilities before recommending customization.
- Support solution design across Finance, Procurement, Operations, Fleet, Inventory, Asset Management, Warehousing, and other enterprise functions.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or equivalent role.
- Fully Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Inventory, Fleet, or Operations business functions.
- Business process analysis and requirements management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
