As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of complex product development and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, connecting Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Operations. If you enjoy bringing structure to technical challenges and turning product priorities into successful launches, this role offers significant cross-functional impact.

What you’ll do

  • Lead product development and NPI projects through commercialization and production launch.
  • Build integrated plans covering scope, schedules, resources, budgets, dependencies and critical paths.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve resource or execution constraints.
  • Identify risks early and drive clear mitigation, ownership and escalation.
  • Facilitate project, risk and phase-gate reviews and enable timely decisions.
  • Provide concise reporting on milestones, project health, decisions and actions.
  • Guide projects through PLM processes and required gate criteria.
  • Coordinate design transfer, qualification, manufacturing readiness and production transition.
  • Maintain RAID logs, decision records and change documentation.
  • Strengthen PMO practices, tools and governance.

What you need

  • Required: Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management and decision-facilitation skills.
  • Required: 5+ years managing projects/programmes in engineering, hardware development or manufacturing.
  • Required: Experience with PLM, industrialization, commercialization and cross-functional product development.
  • Required: Familiarity with engineering change and configuration management.
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline.
  • Advantage: PMP certification or progress towards certification.
  • Advantage: Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery and Scrum experience.
  • Advantage: ISO/regulated environments and Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Wrike or Asana.

What we offer

  • Ownership of end-to-end advanced technology launches.
  • Exposure to sophisticated imaging and machine-vision technologies.
  • Collaboration across engineering, product and manufacturing disciplines.
  • Opportunities to deepen technical and project leadership expertise.
  • The scale and engineering breadth of Teledyne Technologies.
  • Hybrid working, with four days onsite and one remote.
