- Build network automation, telemetry, monitoring, and workflow orchestration capabilities.
- Integrate NMS/OSS platforms with network elements, EMS systems, inventory platforms, service orchestration systems, and operational tools.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex software and network issues in large-scale distributed environments.
- Design and maintain automated test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture, interface definitions, security standards, and CONOPS.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools and engineering automation solutions to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery velocity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience developing OSS, NMS, EMS, network automation, or telecommunications management systems.
- Expert-level software development skills with a proven track record delivering large-scale production systems using Go, Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, concurrency, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Solid knowledge of NETCONF, RESTCONF, gRPC, YANG, OpenAPI, and API-driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of segment routing, and network telemetry.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Proven experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent
- Combines OSS/NMS expertise, carrier-grade networking knowledge, strong software engineering and system design skills, cloud-native development experience, and the ability to leverage AI-assisted development to deliver innovative operational solutions
