We are seeking an experienced Software Architect with deep expertise in Business Support Systems (BSS), Enterprise Data Platforms, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and governing end-to-end solution architectures that support customer management, product catalog, order management, billing, CRM, data platforms, and AI-enabled business capabilities.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business and technology, drive modernization initiatives, define target-state architectures, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across complex enterprise environments.

\nKey Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and reference architectures for BSS, Data, and AI platforms.
Lead architecture design for new business initiatives and digital transformation programs.
Develop scalable and resilient architectures supporting high transaction volumes and mission-critical operations.
Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide governance throughout the project lifecycle.

BSS Architecture

Design and integrate solutions across:
Support modernization and transformation of legacy BSS platforms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Data Platform Architecture

Define enterprise data architecture strategies including:
Design data integration architectures using APIs, ETL/ELT, event-driven and streaming frameworks.
Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and security requirements are met.

AI & Advanced Analytics
