  • Coordinate virtual household goods surveys and obtain accurate shipment information.
  • Assess shipment volume, packing needs, destination requirements, timelines, and special items.

  • Coordinate with internal teams when additional technical assessments or on-site surveys are required.

Quotations, Follow-Up and Closing

  • Prepare or coordinate quotations in accordance with company pricing procedures.
  • Present proposals professionally and address customer questions or objections.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximize conversion.
  • Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines and close sales.
  • Manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining an organized pipeline.
  • Take ownership of individual sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

CRM, Documentation and Teamwork

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in company CRM/ERP systems.
  • Document all communications, quotations, follow-up activities, and sales outcomes.
  • Follow established sales procedures, pricing policies, and documentation requirements.
  • Work closely with pricing, operations, logistics coordinators, and customer service teams.
  • Ensure complete and accurate handovers of confirmed bookings.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and the customer experience.

Business Development

  • Identify additional opportunities through referrals, repeat clients, and corporate relationships.
  • Support relationships with organizations, corporate accounts, and potential referral partners.
  • Contribute to initiatives designed to increase sales conversion and business growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 4+ years of proven inside sales or consultative sales experience with demonstrated success in achieving targets.
  • Strong telephone sales, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing inbound leads and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, confident, personable, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Preferred experience

  • International logistics, home services, real estate, insurance, travel, hospitality, or other consultative service industries.
  • Direct experience is an advantage but not mandatory for candidates with a strong sales track record and willingness to learn.
