Voici comment

Participer activement à la production d’évaluations actuarielles à des fins de financement ainsi qu’à l’analyse des données pour évaluer la santé financière des régimes de retraite
Participer activement à la production d’évaluations actuarielles de comptabilisation afin de fournir l’information de fin d’exercice à divulguer dans les états financiers de nos clients
Calculer diverses prestations et préparer les communications requises conformément au règlement du régime, aux lois applicables et aux principes actuariels
Échanger avec les clients et les parties prenantes, en veillant à communiquer les informations pertinentes et à assurer un suivi adéquat
Contribuer à l’implantation et à l’estimation des recommandations stratégiques que nous proposons ànos clients en lien avec la conception et la restructuration de leurs régimes de retraite

Vous possédez

Baccalauréat en actuariat, en mathématiques, en statistique ou dans un domaine connexe
Grande maîtrise de la suite MS Office, particulièrement de Word, Excel et PowerPoint
Capacité à travailler en collaboration au sein d’une équipe, de même que de manière autonome
Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
Bonnes aptitudes en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (la maîtrise de l’anglais est un atout)
Intérêt marqué pour la résolution de problèmes et l’acquisition de connaissances

Responsibilities

Support funding and accounting actuarial valuations, analyze pension plan data and financial health, and calculate benefits in accordance with plan rules, applicable laws, and actuarial principles. Communicate with clients and stakeholders, follow up on relevant information, and help implement and estimate strategic pension plan design and restructuring recommendations.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field is required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates should be collaborative and able to work independently, with strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and accuracy are valued.
