The Group annuity administrator will work within a team that to provide quality client-focused administrative services for our Corporate clients. Our administration system is a robust recordkeeping platform that supports membership database updates, and provides electronic data interfaces, calculations, and transactions.

What You’ll Do

As an analyst, you’ll play a critical role in administering group annuity plans and providing administration support. Here’s what you’ll do:

Efficiently and accurately, process and manage a variety of transactional activities, including but not limited to member data updates and processing benefit calculations and payments
Respond to general queries from our client, members and team
Assist with day-to-day requests and instructions received
Identify, research and resolve data discrepancies
Develop and maintain checklists and procedures
Take direction from, and support senior team members
Support the team with various mandates and special projects

What You Bring

We’re looking for an individual with:

Post-secondary education (preferably in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science) or another relevant field of study
0-2 years of Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution pension administration experience
Sharp analytical thinking and attention to details
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Excellent organizational skills
Dedicated team player who demonstrates initiative and independence
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French would be an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Salary Range: $39,900 - $74,100 CAD Annual

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
