About the Role
We're hiring Azure and AWS Data Engineers to work hybrid in the Toronto/GTA area with one of Canada's big 5 banks, through our technology staffing partnership. You'll be building and modernizing enterprise data platforms at scale in a regulated financial environment. Apply to whichever track matches your background - Azure or AWS.
Why Work With Us
Most agencies place you and disappear. We do it differently:
- We invest in you before you interview. One week of hands-on upskilling - AI systems, architecture and documentation practices, and AI coding tools for rapid prototyping - so you are up to date with what modern employers expect, and you walk into the client interview sharper than other candidates.
- You get real interview coaching, not a template. Personalized prep (AI + human) built around your actual background and this specific client.
- We help you tell your story. CV support (AI + human) tailored to the role.
- You talk to real people, not a portal. Direct access to our team throughout the process.
- This costs you nothing. No fees, ever, at any stage.
- We move fast. We respect your time and won't drag the process out.
- We're selective on our end too. We're looking for people who are committed and want to do great work.
