Drive decision‑making by effectively engaging technical, business, and executive stakeholders
Partner with project managers to ensure smooth handoffs after deal close
Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and market insights to help inform product direction
Represent the company at trade shows, partner events, and user groups (primarily in the U.S.)

Strong technical aptitude, ideally within software or manufacturing‑focused environments
Proven ability to understand customer businesses and map solutions to real needs
Comfortable leading technical discussions and engaging executive‑level stakeholders
Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy, trust, and long‑term customer relationships
Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities
Collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a close‑knit, high‑performing team
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Willingness and enthusiasm for travel and in‑person customer engagement
