  • Provide feedback on customer needs, trends, and market insights to help inform product direction
  • Represent the company at trade shows, partner events, and user groups (primarily in the U.S.)

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer) or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong technical aptitude, ideally within software or manufacturing‑focused environments
  • Proven ability to understand customer businesses and map solutions to real needs
  • Comfortable leading technical discussions and engaging executive‑level stakeholders
  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy, trust, and long‑term customer relationships
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a close‑knit, high‑performing team
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Willingness and enthusiasm for travel and in‑person customer engagement
  • Appreciation for a culture that values work‑life balance, collaboration, and fun
